3D LIDAR Software

The 3D LIDAR Software Development Kit (SDK) is a library of proprietary software algorithms that extract actionable information from 3D scanners in real-time.  These algorithms sift through the millions upon millions of raw 3D data points generated by the 3D LIDAR scanner and convey only the critical information needed for the real-time operations of autonomous systems.

The 3D LIDAR Software is a library of proprietary software algorithms that extract actionable information from 3D scanners in real-time.  These algorithms sift through the millions upon millions of raw 3D data points generated by the 3D LIDAR scanner and convey only the critical information needed for the real-time operations of autonomous systems. The SD LIDAR Software consists of the System Manager/API and Viewer that are used to configure and operate the LIDAR scanner.  These tools work together with a suite of 3D LIDAR plug-ins to alleviate the cumbersome management of 3D data points and allow the user to focus on developing the high level solution. The plug-ins offer features such as: Segmentation, Identification, Tracking, Automatic Change Detection, and Automatic Scan Alignment. This proprietary software technology, combined with 3D LiDAR scanners, is a powerful application development platform for intelligent automation and operator-assist solutions that rely on real-time 3D perception of objects and features in the surrounding environment.  The manual and often time consuming tasks associated with post-processing of 3D point clouds are a thing of the past.



Security LIDAR

3D LIDAR scanners and 3D LIDAR software are uniquely suited for automatic intrusion detection and identification at facilities such as airports, nuclear power plants, and other high-value locations for safety and security. The detection system operates 10,000hr day or night in all types of inclement weather and requires little to no maintenance.

Crane Anti-Collision

It is real-time monitoring system around crane using 3D LIDAR to prevent collision with crane, structure or cargo in industrial sites such as shipbuilding and construction. It differs from the existing DGPS method. Generally, DGPS method provides only crane collision prevention function, but we adopt 3D LIDAR to prevent collision with cargo or structure, 3D Black box and distance between objects.

In addition, the number of signals can be quickly recognized by the portable display, saving time and money. The anti-collision system consists of a 3D LIDAR rotary drive for measuring the site in 3D, a device for driving software, and a monitor, which is easy to install and recall.
